The Trolleylift range is economically priced, serves at floor level and is designed for lifting the heavier, more bulky, loads. The trolley lift landing entrances are fitted with either hinged doors or collapsible steel shutter gates.
These small goods lifts can have a capacity of 250 or 300kg, ideal for the carriage of items on wheels. The 300kg model is designed for taller goods and has a car height of 1800 mm.
Entrance positions can be in 3 different directions to suit various building layouts.
The Trolleylift has two alternative lift car finishes. A tough grey baked enamel or stainless steel finish. Hinged landing doors can be either grey baked enamel or stainless steel, collapsible steel shutter gates are supplied in a galvanized finish. Both styles of landing doors are 2 hour fire rated.
A collapsible picket gate is strongly recommended for each car entrance, a vital addition to prevent goods becoming misplaced during travel.
A shallow pit will need to be formed at the lower level to achieve floor level serving. Alternatively the lift could serve at the equivalent height above the floor.
Most industrial premises operate from a three phase electric supply, however smaller properties frequently have only single phase available. These service lifts can be manufactured to suit either situation.
For each trolley lift we will provide a site specific Builder’s Work drawing and two information sheets. These will detail works required prior to and after installation. A full electrical specification is incorporated.
Builder’s Work necessary involves forming the required size opening through each floor; excavating a pit at the lower level; running an electric power supply to the lift shaft; enclosing the lift following installation to comply with Local Authority requirements; supplying and fitting machine compartment access doors.
